Just For H.E.R. specializes in therapeutic massage specifically focusing on neck, rotators, low back, hip extensors/ flexors and sciatica.

Arnica Haven; The Warm Relief Ritual 90 minutes

The Arnica Haven; The Warm Relief Ritual 90 minute massage is designed to melt away tension and stress by applying arnica which has anti-inflammatory properties, helps ease tension as well as muscle soreness. Hot towels are then applied to open the pores to help absorb the arnica, promote relaxation and increase blood circulation. Once the arnica has had time to absorb the treatment is completed with a therapeutic yet relaxing massage.
Deep, Detailed and Therapeutic- 90 or 120 minutes

The Deep, Detailed and Therapeutic Massage is a two-hour massage in which the therapist takes a methodical and detailed approach to address the areas of concern using different modalities and deep pressure, really working the individual muscle groups. This session comes with your choice of two add-ons of: Cupping, Gua' Sha and/or Arnica. This comprehensive treatment aims to reduce muscle soreness and fully rejuvenate the body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and realigned.
